► Shipping & delivery times:
All orders are processed in 2-3 work days after receiving them. You will firstly get an order confirmation email and secondly a shipping confirmation email.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email you will receive after your order is dispatched. You can check its status via any tracking website. (ex: https://www.17track.net)
Please note depending on the shipping method you choose, the tracking number will update differently, as following:
Standard Postage — tracking number updates twice, once the package leaves and after the package arrives at the destination country. There is no detailed shipping status in between these two. No update does not mean the parcel got lost but more likely that it is still in transit. If the corresponding shipping time has been exceeded, please contact us.
Courier — tracking number updates more detailed. Please go to the specific courier company’s website and use the tracking number provided.

Standard Postal Service:
Standard Letter Worldwide — (prints up to A3/ stationery) — 9 EUR
Tracked Package — outside EU (A2 prints /bags) — 28.5 EUR
Small Tracked Package Worldwide (only containing stickers/ small ceramics etc) — 5 EUR
Courier:
Romania - Cargus (1-3 days) — 4 EUR
EU - DPD - Europe (3-7 days) — 15 EUR
UPS Express - outside Europe — 48 EUR
(!) Kindly make sure to choose the correct option accoring to what items you purchased. In case the shipping method is not chosen correctly I will unfortunately have to cancel + refund your initial order and you will have to place a new one. Sorry for the inconvenience!
► Lost/ Delayed orders:
In case of a lost parcel please contact your local postal office and provide the tracking number you received. They might be able to locate or find out what happened with your parcel. I’m also happy to help locate the parcel if I can, please contact me via email. Please note that usually the investigation for a lost parcel might take a while. (
► Damaged orders:
We are always making sure to pack your orders as safely as possible but in case anything like this happens please contact us at hello@liviafalcaru.com
Please kindly state your name and order number in the email and attach some photos of the damaged goods if possible.
► Customs fees / Import taxes:
Import taxes are not included in the items’ prices. The shop is not responsible for the costs of these fees.
Buyers are solely responsible for informing themselves about these taxes and paying them.
All orders are shipped from Romania. Make sure to check what kind of taxes does your country practice for incoming orders from this country.
► Wrong items:
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item please contact us here: hello@liviafalcaru.com We can replace your item without any additional cost.

► Do you ship worldwide?

► Can I cancel an order and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order only if you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email yet.
Please contact us via email hello@liviafalcaru.com as soon as possible if you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order.
If you already received a confirmation of shipment email then you can’t cancel the order and won’t be able to get a refund.
► Do you accept returns?
The shop does not accept returns at the moment due to this being a small-business.
However if you received a wrong/ faulty product, we can replace/ refund it.
► What can I do if I submitted my address wrong at checkout?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@liviafalcaru.com and we can sort this out. It is important that you do this before you receive the shipping confirmation email.
We are not responsible for the package being sent at the wrong address after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
► Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive in the specified timeframe please contact us and we can resend or refund the order.
► Why are the shipping rates so high?
Since we are a small business we can’t compete with the big companies small shipping rates. We do not ship in such large quantities as them so as a result we can’t provide de small shipping fees that a big company would be able to obtain.
We assure you though that we make the best efforts to give you the lowest prices possible. Please know that we appreciate you choosing to shop small and that we put a lot of love and effort in the products we ship to you. ♥
► How can I purchase an art print that is not listed in your shop?

► What is a giclée print? What materials do you use?
A giclee print is a fine art print made with a professional inkjet printer. The paper and inks used for this print have archival quality which means that if they are kept in good conditions (stored behind glass and not directly in UV light/ high humidity) they are guaranteed to resist for a lifetime without degradation. For our prints we use the highest quality materials — Hahnemuhle archival paper and Lucia Pro inks.
► Do you have custom sizes available for sale?
If you’d like to purchase an art print in a size that is not listed on the website please contact us and we can work something out.
